Sundarijal

 The name Sundarijal means “beautiful waters”. Sundarijal one of the Best picnic spot and most viewed place is a watershed for Kathmandu Valley where several tributaries of the Bagmati River converge and cascade down the hills and mountains into raging waterfalls that are especially forceful right now because of the monsoon rains. It is located in Shivapuri National Park. The spot you can visit in Sundarijal are the waterfalls  , greeneries, village, Mulkharka (1768m) and  a place on the trail called Chisopani (2194m) where one can view the entire Kathmandu Valley. Chiso means cold in Nepali language and Pani means Water in Nepali language. Thus you can make sense Chisopani means cold water. It is the place where you can feel Cold and fresh water in nature.

It is best suited for those who are travelling with children, enjoy outdoor camping but who do not have enough time for longer treks into the high mountains.

The foreign tourist visiting Nepal shall be granted the tourist visa.

The tourist visa shall be granted for a period in maximum of 150 days in a visa year (Visa years means January to December).
